Welcome to Fortaleza Studios & Rooms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment:
All bookings must be made through our website or via direct contact. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellation Policy:
Guests may cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.

3. Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.

4. Occupancy Limits:
The maximum occupancy for each accommodation type is as follows:

  • Semi-basement and Ground Floor: Maximum 4 people
  • Maisonette: Maximum 6 people
Exceeding these limits may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

5. Guest Responsibilities:
Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition. Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the guest’s credit card.

6. Liability:
Fortaleza Studios & Rooms is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during your stay. Guests are advised to secure their own travel insurance.

7. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fortaleza Studios & Rooms operates.
